Landscape - Install Synthetic Grass for Putting Greens, Play Areas, etc.
Constant rescheduling, expensive considering the area was already cleared and leveled. Left their equipment for over a week after saying they would be there the next day to pick it up. The grass is shedding constantly.

"Mrs. Miller we apologize for the rescheduling, unexpected things come up sometimes, as far as the grass shedding if it continues to do so there is a 16 year warranty on it and we will be more than glad to come and change it for you. Please keep in mind that only the grass has warranty the labor is different. Again our apologies for the inconvenience."
