He does not return calls and has poor communication.

I was very happy about how responsive Adam and his staff was. He followed up the same day of my inquiry, and was out the next week for an estimate, and fulfilled the job on a tough rainy lousy cold day! I would highly recommend them for any of your pool needs. Great, locally owned company with integrity. And no surprises in price or quality of their work. They went above and beyond to do a great job. Professional service!

We were totally taken for a ride by this company. Had our pool heater under repair for the last part of 2016. After weeks with o heater, we were informed it could not be fixed. We purchased a new heater, it was delivered in late September . Adam suggested we close the pool for the season, said he'd come back in Spring of 2017, open pool, hook up new heater & begin warranty. It's past mid-June. We quit calling after no return calls. Paid someone else to install heater, opened pool ourselves. One very vague receipt from all of last years' work. Paid cash, in good faith, were more than patient as we lost the last part of Summer last year. When you pay cash- no paper trail for proof of payment. Disappointed & angry- we were definitely duped! Not trustworthy!

Did a good job but needs better communication.

Came out to open pool and never completed the job. Did not answer my calls or texts. If you want a company you can count on, this is NOT it.

i had vinyl liner put in my in ground swimming pool by this company and it looked like wrinkled up extra large pajamas. Ramar's pool service still owes me $1,588.The ramar co. blamed the manufacturer and they came out and said it was the installers fault. I have plenty of pictures that i can text if you like to see or you can call me and see it in person 740-870-7145. if you would like to have a nightmare like i had then hire him.

Excellent work in patching the tear in our liner. Quick and efficient as it only took him 15-20 minutes to find. Patient and took time to answer our many questions. Would use Adam again! Thanks for everything

I was charged $100 more than quoted for them to drain last 8 inches of water out of pool and add sand. I was only given 18 hours notice before install and had ran the pump continually to drain pool. At the time of estimate, he said it was fine if the pool still had water and then wrote up a bill with extra charges for draining the pool. After installing the liner, he left the hose improperly secured and it fell out of the pool shortly after he left and for 4 hours water poured onto the ground around pool; the bottom of the pool is very bumpy. The return was leaking on the outside of the pool. He did come back out to fix that, but messages about pool bottom have gone unanswered. I paid $956 for the liner to be replaced and expected better work quality. I will use a larger company that stands behind their work in the future.

Adam was informative and very efficient. Answered all my questions and was very professional and reasonable. Cleared the work area and installed filtration system too. Will have him return to close and open pool. Will refer his work to friends. Thanks
