I am deeply saddened to see my own people take advantage of a situation.

The workers were very professional and courteous.

The eletrical installation came out very nice, I love my new window in wall. The whole job was IKEA cabinets assemble & installed ( my doors was slanted) space was wasted instead of being used. Laminated flooring ( I donâ t where to be gain, the glue was coming through separations of tiles, the floor was lumpy)

Sanjay gave me an estimate that was vague but I did not want to start the project until it was clear what needed to be done. Sanjay said he would send out someone to discuss all the products to be installed so that I could have my own choice. That is not what happened. The estimate was to change out a bathtub and to replace the tiles that would be broken in the tub project, Sanjay neglected to tell me the tiles would not match the existing tiles. Also, to change the vanity, mirror and sink which they picked out not me. They brought out a bathtub that was the wrong bathtub from which I chose and the wrong bath tub was installed incorrectly and is rocking with no foundation. And because the new tile would not match the existing tile, I was forced in to completely changing out the old tile with the new tile for the entire bathroom which they charged a exorbitant amount of money that was not standard tile rate. Also included in the estimate was repair a crack in the bedroom ceiling. The project is not finished and I had to pay extra for the wrong products. The original estimate was for $3500 and they wanted $3800 for which I paid in full. The vanity is not installed, the crack is not fixed and the bathtub is not the one that I wanted. When they did the demo of my existing bathroom, there was a water leak that went into the downstairs neighbors apartment that they partially repaired. I had to pay my building superintendent to complete the repair. In the contract, they were supposed to take away all the demo debris and refuse from the project which they did not do. I had to pay my building superintendent to take the trash away. I feel that I was bullied into hiring them, I am elderly and I fell getting out of the tub, I told them I cannot use that tub. They told me I did not have a choice as the tub has already been installed. The tile does not match, plus it was not installed correctly, it is crooked, inconsistent grout joints, not flush with other tiles, The project was paid in full but not completed. For an additional project the contractor, not Sanjay, asked to be paid with a personal check to him which I would not do and contacted Sanjay regarding this. The contractor asked for an advance for the 2nd project, which he wanted me to pay him personally, which I felt was unethical, so I communicated with Sanjay, he talked to the contractor and the contractor walked off the job, Sanjay told he will finish the job, and will came out on 6/29/30 but did not show or call. I texted Sanjay and he told me to call the contractor, Sanjay is the one who hired the contractor and that is his responsibility, not mine, My son called Sanjay and he told my son the work needs to be completely redone, Sanjay told my son it will cost me more money because the job that was done was not done correctly. I feel they are unethical, unprofessional and that they were price gouging. They kept calling and harassing me for payment for a job that was not completed and another that was barley started. I do not want anyone else to experience what I have experienced through this project and I do not want anybody else to be scammed
