Their guy showed up, ordered a part, said to let him know if we needed help installing it. I got the part in the mail, got it installed and it was something else wrong, new error code. Called and texted and he ghosted us for 10 days and the warranty company finally assigned a new company to get a repair, so we finally got it fixed 5 weeks later. Not cooll! No wonder there's so many bad reviews. I don't get it. Ugh

Absolutely terrible customer service and quality of work. They came over twice and did not fix my dryer, then, they would not answer or return any of my phone calls and calls or emails from American Home Shield. Do not use this company!

They were out standing in all categories. They repaired my washing machine quickly analyzed the problem, went to pick up a part , and repaired the machine at very reasonable charge. They were courteous respectful. I had previously used another service from this site that was a disaster.

Steven Hayes is the ABSOLUTE WORST! He is the only appliance repair company contracted with American Home Shield in the Colorado Springs area. He was originally out to our new home in MARCH to repair the gas range and refrigerator. He did the minimum expected on the range to get the burners/gas leak fixed. He ordered new knobs which eventually showed up but he said he had to order the refrigerator parts. After some had come in and many calls to him to have him show up to install them, I was still missing two parts. After hounding him for days, he finally said there was a problem with the order; and he would reorder them. After months of waiting I finally got in touch with the warranty company again only to find out that he had NEVER ordered the parts to begin with!! He was just lying to me for some stupid reason. I am still waiting for those parts. Now, I have another issue with the range and unfortunately, they have referred the job to him. I have already paid the $100 service charge and he was supposed to be in touch with me within 24 hours and, of course, he has not contacted me. I have called him three times and he is so far refusing to respond. What a unprofessional, untruthful jerk this guy is. DO NOT VOLUNTARILY USE THIS COMPANY!!

Came to house twice. Never fixed the problem. On third call to return...he stopped taking my calls and texts. Fridge still pooling water. Have another firm and tech coming. Seemed like a stand up guy......sad this is how he runs his business.

He's professional, courteous, prompt, I don't ever have to do any call backs because he does a quality work.

Steve is very courteous, understanding and his work is very good! He's extremely reliable who even travels 1.5 hours!

He did a great job and I was really impressed!
