They were promt with estimates for two jobs. They arrived on time and completed the first job quickly. The second one is not until summer so it remains to be seen.

The workers were nice, but they left both our gates wide open allowing our dog to get out. They also did not bring a riding mower even though I told them we had a fairly big yard.

Ordered monthly residential cleaning service and was very impressed with the first service. This company provides multiple kinds of homeowner services so as time goes on, perhaps we will be able to add more reviews for it. Owner is very cooperative and communicates well via phone, text or email.

We were overcharged, had to pay cash (being told they didn't have the equipment to process a charge with them) and were promised an emailed receipt that never arrived.

"Customer was informed before service was rendered that their is a minimum charge of $80. the service took 15 min. to repair. customer then complained about the charge and how she was to pay. I have sent her a receipt for a cash payment of $80."

The lady Ruth who cleaned the house did a decent job, nothing amazing. But the owner Wilbur Ramey is the one you need to look out for - he will try to pull a fast one. They charge by the hour at a rate of $30/hour of cleaning. If you are okay with it, use them. If you try to negotiate it, read your invoice carefully before you decide to use their services.

"Customer was aware of the $30./hour should the work exceed the estimate. The estimate is an estimate of cost and a fixed cost. Should the service exceed the estimate we inform the customer to continue cost wouldl be based on $30./hour. We have to do this to avoid being taken advantage of."

Always showed up on own convenience, complete lack of timely communication, may not have the required physical agility and strength for this kind arduous physical labor work. Extremely slow to perform and pricing didn't seem fair according to the market.

I had a hard time rating this one. First he didn't show up or call to let me know he wouldn't be there. He emailed a day later saying he was sorry we couldn't meet but if I was free the next day or so he was available. I emailed back and said No Thanks because I wanted someone dependable. He called & said he'd give me a 1 hr credit towards the work. I accepted & thanked him for his good customer service. When he arrived the second time, hwe came with LIMITED tools and could not repair 2 of the 3 projects, offering to take one back to his shop (at add'l cost) and the other he would return (also at add'l cost). This is no way to do business!

I had them clean windows and some of them are smeared and I l need to redo them. Mr. Ramey was very responsive to getting the work and I appreciate that he wanted it.
