Initially, Holman of Rami Construction was very nice and helpful and I thought that I had finally found the right person to tackle the many projects that I had. He missed our very first meeting but later apologized. Unfortunately, after that, it started to go bad. He was paid for demolition and clean up however my home was left littered with dust. He did not close off the area to contain the dust and debris in one area and his crew caused damage to an adjacent room. Trash was left behind even though he was paid to haul all of the garbage away. Once the second phase of the work began he kept the bathroom window open without a screen allowing mosquitoes to enter the home after repeated requests to close the window due to the severe reaction my children have to mosquito bites. He kept asking to be paid in advance of what the contract stated. He was very rude at the end and accused me of it? needing money? because I would not give him a few extra dollars for material that he returned. Two days later the bathroom was flooded again because the toilet leaked. We found out that the flange was never secured to the floor properly to keep the toilet from shifting and the wax seal was no good. The fourth day after he finished, the sink began to leak because the connections were not tightened. So far, the bathtub is the only thing that has not leaked. Despite everything, the bathroom looks very nice and if I could only hire Leo, his assistant, I would. Leo was very nice and worked hard each day. The cost of the bathroom was inexpensive and if it were not for his disrespect I would hire him for the rest of the projects that I have in multiple properties. As it stands I am working with another contractor for the rest of the projects. The second bathroom project is finished without delay or disrespect. I paid a little more to use someone other than Rami but in the end, it was worth it.

On my first contact with Holman of Rami Construction I knew he was the guy for the job. He not only knew how to do the project he offered design tips as this type of project was new to me and a bit overwhelming. We went to Home Depot and purchased all items needed and all through this process he was patient. When the work started and ended each day all was cleaned up to perfection. The assistant on the job Leo was professional and knowledge and always checked with me each step of the way to make sure it was just how I wanted it. Every time they said they would be here at a specific time, they were here! I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom which was a total re-gut due to a water leak and with the service and professional work I received. I would highly recommend Rami Construction but it may be hard to get them cause I've got my friends all lined up with them :) Thanks to a great team!

A phenomenal crew to work with, They know what theyâ re doing, and do so with attention to detail. They keep a very clean area and are very mindful of the space they are working in. They are craftsmen and their results are stunning. I will absolutely be using them again and would whole heartedly recommend them.

Very professional and courtesy. They do wonderful work. Holman is very pleasing to what you want and strives to give you exactly what you want. The bathroom came out exactly what I wanted. Very pleased!! Very meticulous and does a good job.

Professional, proficient, and care about their work

We were somewhat in a hurry to resurface our garage floor, as we wanted to put our home up for sale, and it was one of the last projects that we needed. The company responded immediately, and began work the next day. The project finished on time (2 1/2 days, as we were told) and we were very pleased with the workmanship! The workers were attentive to detail and good workers. Impressive!
