Ramirez did beautiful and efficient work in our house! They installed crown moulding, installed a new door knob and painted that door, painted windows/doors/walls in a half bath room as well as repaired ceilings and did sharp drywall repair and painting. We would definitely recommend them!

This is our second time using Mr. Ramirez’s company for deck staining and we had great experiences both times. We had our house and deck pressure washed, and deck sanded and stained. Excellent work, great communication throughout the project, and finished in just a few days. Highly recommend.

My project was a living room that had not been painted in more than 15 years. The room was prepped to remove the wall imperfections. As no paint was available from the original project, the painter matched the trim and ceiling colors. The painter was a pro and did a fantastic job. I was kept informed about arrival time of the painter who was very neat with their equipment and supplies. I would definitely hire Ramirez Carpentry and Construction LLC again in the future.

Hired Ramirez Carpentry to rebuild stair railings for our deck after a botched job by a different contractor. The work was excellent. They reached out to me the same day and came out and gave me a quote by the next day and began work later that week. Price was fair and the work was done quickly and looks fantastic. Great attention to detail, very knowledgeable, did not take shortcuts, and it was finished very well. I would definitely hire them again for any carpentry needs in the future.

Nemesio responded promptly to the request for an estimate and started the work within a couple of days. The job entailed replaced a sizable stretch of deck railing which was done to a better quality than the original. His crew were all polite and efficient. Painting was delayed slightly by rain, but they returned promptly and finished the work at hand. I was impressed that they caulked all joints prior to painting (which was not done on the initial construction) and then applied two coats of paint. I definitely would use them again for any needed repairs of this type.

Ramirez Carpentry & Construction built us a custom set of stairs (four steps and a landing) from garage to kitchen. Nemesio Ramirez quoted on the basis of my sketch and a photo of the existing stairs to be replaced. The crew came promptly, worked carefully, and were very helpful. We had good, friendly communication with Nemesio, both before and during construction. The craftsmanship was excellent, the stairs solid, and the price fair. A very satisfactory experience!

The entire experience and the work they did were outstanding. Nemesio and team replaced the decking and railing on my deck, replaced some siding underneath the deck, put a waterproof membrane under the deck to keep the siding dry in the future and then stained the whole thing. Fast completion, great quality and always very customer service oriented.

Nemesio called me to set up a meeting at our home. He was on time and very professional about the work I was asking to have done. He had a quote to me that very same evening. The work was completed within 5 days and it's a new transformation for our back patios. We had both decks stained. Awesome!

I strongly recommend Ramirez Carpentry and Construction. I had Ramirez Carpentry and Construction work on our home involving 1) pressure washing and staining three porches and 2) replacing wooden steps on three sets of stairs leading to these porches. Their work was excellent, and they also, on their own, fixed a defect in the railing system for which we did not contract! Further, this fix was not exactly routine and reflected their expertise and imagination. I found Nemesio Ramirez to be most professional and accommodating to our requested changes and I found his two assistants to be most conscientious and thorough in their work. Obviously Ramirez and his crew take a great deal of pride in their work and pursue the job until it is right. Finally, work around oneâ s home has to be done while respecting the lifestyle of the owners. They did not disappoint in that regard either. Hire them - you will be thrilled and glad that you did.

Ramirez Carpentry did an excellent job on our deck extension. Workmanship was excellent. He and his men arrived promptly, worked long hours, and then stained the existing and new deck. He suggested a metal pipe railing which turned out great. Would definitely recommend him for other people.

Contracted with Mr. Ramirez to replace the decking and railings on our large deck. Upon the removal of the old deck boards it was evident that the support structure was also in need of significant repair and replacement. He agreed to add that work to the project, replacing all the old joists and parts of the beams, and also added more upgrades to make our 30=year-old deck more consistent with current code. And he worked to keep the total cost reasonable. Our new deck is now rock solid and beautiful too! I recommend Ramirez Carpentry highly.
