His estimate was in line with the other contractors who also gave me estimates, but it was his willingness to make additional repairs noticed by others as well as his friendly demeanor that won him the job. Arnoldo was great. Scheduled to come out and do an estimate right away at my convenience. Sent over what he saw with me and emailed me the estimate the next day which laid out exactly what services would be done and included in the price. Quickly responded when I said I wanted to schedule them for the repair and asked for what days/times worked best for me. We worked out a date in a few days and he arrived promptly, did the work, cleaned up, and then showed me pictures of the finished work when done. Very courteous, prompt, and great customer service. I only needed a smaller repair, but the care of service was great, price reasonable, and I will be keeping their information for when it comes time for roof replacement or if future repairs are needed.

Mr Ramirez was prompt, polite, and thorough He took pictures of the damage to show what needed repair. He and his assistant worked steadily for 2 days to complete the repairs. The damaged materials wear removed.
