G. Ramirez Construction is definitely a top rated company! Ramirez is a Man of God and very trustworthy! Day one the deck was down in no time. I actually had our deck removed, lower part of the house repaired and the sunroom re-done. The deck and the lower part of the house was rotting as well as the sunroom floor. I was giving a copy of every detail that was going to take place, including the gas and electric company's approval in order for certain jobs to be started. The time frame for the completion of the job was two weeks and YES THE JOB WAS DONE IN TWO WEEKS. The weather and a scheduled surgery didn't stop this crew from making that two week deadline! From start to finish this crew worked very hard and long hours during the extreme heat. After six estimates I was drawn back to G. Ramirez Construction. I am so Grateful and Thankful I chose this company! They also blessed us with a few improvements we didn't ask for. This crew treated us and our home with the upmost respect!

We hired this company to build a deck around our semi inground pool. Not only did they complete the project before our expected deadline it looks better than we ever imagined! Esmailin, Jeff, David, Roverts, Hector all did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this crew! We will definitely hire again if we need any future repairs, remodels or new projects!

The slab under our deck was crumbling and it was structurally unsound, we let it go for years and stop using it. Geraldo and his team came in and gave us an extremely fair estimate that came in lower than the other two. There was one that was a little lower but I do not regret my decision for one minute. It was worth every penny. Not only did they get the job done two days ahead of schedule but we were so happy with the quality of the work that we hired him for two other jobs. The way they attended to the job site, kept everything clean and tidy and how quickly and efficiently everything happened was something that I had not experienced before. He stayed in communications must as comfortable with everything that was happening. I've had to hire contractors at least a half dozen times and Geraldo and his team by far stand out as the best we've dealt with.

We hired them to help us add support beams under our deck to properly hold the weight of our hot tub. They also assisted us with fixing a bunch of furniture we ordered that needed to be built. We had them paint our decks and porch plus fix our kitchen sink and replace our bathroom sinks. They also did some other jobs like fixing our door frame, adding fire extinguishers, smoke alarms replacing our outside cameras, changing window blinds, adding special window glass for heat and replacing deck flooring. They are the best contractors we ever dealt with and we own over 60 properties across the USA. They also went to our newest house prior to closing and performed an in depth inspection and found many issues that the inspection company we hired completely missed. We highly recommend this company to handle all your construction needs. We are hiring them to replace the roof, add concrete footings and rip out and put in a new shower and bathroom for our new house in Gatlinburg in February

I have to say that I felt lucky to have hired Esmailin and his crew for my basement remodeling job and for exterior French drainage, gutters and downspouts job. All jobs were done professionally ! The crew were there on time, take care of all necessary work and advise me as they progressed with the job with photos and videos because I was NOT on the job site throughout the process. They are honest and trustworthy and I will hire them again for sure when I need more work to be done around this property.
