They listened to what I wanted, answered my questions, and explained their sod installation process to me. They did a good job of preparing the ground before installing the sod.

Romiro did not always show up but was paid anyway. He raised price for service 100% the day the day before he was to perform service with no notice and said to respond immediately or he would not show up the next day.

Thank you for your review. For any new people, I acquired this account at a very low price when I had very little work. I'm currently in the process of restructuring the business into more of a "Landscape Construction" company. I raised the prices across the board on all the "Landscape Maintenance" accounts in hopes of freeing up time to focus on the new plan and that way all the maintenance accounts that stay get better service with a good reasonable price.
