Great service, fast and professional, did a fantastic job of repairing the dry rot on my covered back patio and replacing roof material. I liked that he found a low-cost solution to fix the problem that will extend the life of the patio cover for many, many more years.

Great. Excellent job. A couple of places had tiny dirt underneath and I had to pull up some of the flooring to vacuum it out. The smallest speck of dirt will show through your vinyl flooring in case you’re wondering. Not a big deal considering nothing is perfect.

Ramiro Ramirez called me back right away and made an appointment for the next day. He was on time and reviewed the job. I had two rooms (13 years old) with wood which was badly worn and had some water spot discolorations.. One room had engineered wood and the other was a hardwood. The colors had an original stain that was a little different. He told me he could start the job on a certain date and it would take 3 days. He explained the entire process to me (sanding, staining, buffing, and final protective coat). His crew showed up for the job and they knew what they were doing. I felt comfortable when I saw their expertise. All that he promised was certainly fulfilled. I couldn't be more pleased with my floors. They are beautiful and look brand new! I couldn't be more pleased with the punctuality, professionalism, and skill level of Ramiro Ramirez. Yes, I would hire him again.

Man refinishing was slow and unresponsive, called Ramiro he took control of siruation, took longer than I thought, about 2 weeks

Mr. Ramirez brought a crew of 4 workers so they were able to finish the job in 1.5 days. Very nice people and easy to work with. Very professional and experienced team with all the tools. Great job of floor prep. Work included moving furniture, removing and disposal of carpet, floor prep and glue down. He also bought the shoe molding, installed and painted it; moved furniture back and cleaned up.

Ramiro and his crew were great to work with. On time, professional and honest. We felt comfortable enough to leave them in our home and let them do their job. They finished before they had estimated. Ramiro was always here supervising the guys. One day he was two men short. No problem, Ramiro was on the floor installing to the end.

It went very well. Could not have been more satisfied with Ramiro. He actually recommended his brother, David, to repair the other parts of the house that were damaged from the water leak. Both of them did a fantastic job and were very patient and professional. Ramiro and his crew worked very hard to get the job done. Before he started, I had many different questions for him as we were waiting for our insurance check to come in. He always answered them promptly an courteously. I would recommend him to anyone who needs flooring work, as he and his brother David are honest and quality contractors.

This is my first review given for any service provider on any website. I had to write a review in this case because Mr. Ramirez did a perfect job. He was always punctual, beginning on the day he came to the house to take measurements. Mr. Ramirez was a man of his word and was always fair. He even went out of his way to help me get the best price on the materials. The workmanship couldn't have been any better. I am very fortunate that I came across Mr. Ramirez on Angie's List.

Ramiro gave me a quote and stuck to it, he also gave me a completion date and finished by that time. On top of his professionalism the finish of the floors turned out incredible! I expected them to look a lot better but not as good as they do.

Ramiro and his team arrived on Saturday as expected.   They brought all their equipment needed to handle the removal of the floor boards and sawing the planks.  Unfortunately, most of the damage was in front of a commercial stove, which they moved and disconnected without difficulty.  They even allowed me to clean the sides of the stove as they worked on the floor.  In fact, they actually helped me to clean the stove when they were waiting for a new board to be prepared or for one of them to retrieve a piece of equipment from their truck (rather surprising to me because the stove had not been cleaned for the 2 years we were gone). <br /> In addition, Ramiro had some cleaning suggestions for me   The floor boards beneath the stove were used to make the repairs in the exposed floor and were replaced with some unstained spare boards I had on hand.  They attempted to re-use the damaged boards, but several were badly warped and had to be discarded.  The job was not easy since these planks were solid oak and required considerable force to place them tightly together.  However, they completed the job to my satisfaction, and delayed the re-positioning of the stove while I finished my cleaning..  They then reconnected the gas line to the stove and pushed the stove back into its position.  They were very diligent in cleaning the subfloor before laying the boards. When they were finished, they cleaned up their work space both inside and outside of the home. <br /> They even agreed to use their belt sander to remove a stain from my stand-alone butcher block cutting board, but we realized that the stain was not as superficial as expected and would require about 1/8" of the top surface to be removed.  So I then asked them to stop since I didn't want them to complete the job in light that this additional service was free. <br /> Bottom line, Ramiro offered exceptional service, which was reasonable and prompt.  I doubt that you would find anyone better then his team. All his employees are extremely trustworthy and quite personable.  After all, how many wood floor companies would honor an estimate that was 2 years old and even help clean your dirty stove? <br />

Mr. Ramirez came by early in the week to evaluate the problem we were having with our floor.  He was able to give us a solution at a reasonable price.  Came by later in the week to complete job.  Appreciate is honesty & reasonable pricing. <br />

Ramiro and crew were Awesome!  Everything was done professionally and cheerfully, with a very hardworking crew who did the job neatly and on time (just 2 days for 4 BIG rooms).  I highly recommend Ramiro and would definitely use him again for any hardwood installation.  Top notch! <br />

He responded to my Angie's List post early last week and came out for an estimate on Friday afternoon. After a short discussion and <br /> evaluation, he quoted me a price and said that he would be able to do the work the following Monday, 10/12/2015. He showed up on time with his crew. They were friendly, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Everything was put back and cleaned the way it was <br /> before the work started. He and his crew did an excellent job. I would be happy to hire Mr. Ramirez again and would recommend him to others. <br />

Ramiro answered my call and was at my home within 6 hours to have a look at the job.  He understood exactly what the issue was and was confident his team could do it.  He asked to see the extra material that I had and ensured it matched in color and wear etc.  He quoted me a price right there and told me how long it would take etc.  His team then showed up two days later at our appointment time and got to work.  He called me to let me know the floor was still wet and that he recommended letting it air out for a day or so.  I agreed and then he showed back up the next day and finished.  He laid the wood, put back the quarter round, painted and caulked the wood edge etc.  The total job took about 4 or so hours total.  I liked that because they worked fast and got out of my home to let us get back to our life.  <br /> I paid him when the job was complete and I feel confident that I got great service at a great price.  I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone else. <br />

Ramiro was very prompt and friendly. The quality of the hardwood floor installation was second to none.  Fair warning Ramiro does not caulk or paint the trim for the floors but that was definitely not included in his estimate so we paid one of his guys a little extra to get that part done. We had a couple of rounded wood treads added to the base of our stairs which created a very elegant look but I could tell they struggled a little bit with this aspect of the job and I ended up needing to complete the finish on these as unavailable time was needed between coats of stain/ finish....the remainder of the stairs were covered with flooring and again this aspect of the installation was flawless.   For the cost, overall quality, timing and friendliness of the crew it's an A. <br />
