Ramiro’s Roofing, Siding & Roofing Repairs were one of three referrals given to me by Home Advisor. My rental that is between tenants showed signs of a leak in the roof from the heavy rainfall over the past few weeks. Set up an appointment for Ramiro to check it out. In addition I had some siding issues where the nails were backing out. He quickly assessed the problem and provided me a quote to take care of both items. I was impressed with Ramiro’s knowledge and the reputation of his company’s work quality and service and accepted the quote. Ramiro started the job a day later and was done the same day. I was very pleased with the siding and the issue that caused the leak was expertly resolves. If I ever need siding or roofing service in the future I will go to Ramiro.

I found Mr. Ramiro by chance, he was working on a house a street down while I was walking my dog. We were selling our house and I anticipated needing roof repairs so I took a quick pic of his work van for future (possible) reference. I called him a week later when we needed roof repairs done and time was of the essence, as it often is when selling a house and having to meet deadlines. He worked with us to squeeze our project in although he was busy with other jobs, so that we would meet our deadline for the inspection report. This was enough to have me a satisfied customer. However, he continued to go above and beyond with his great communication, his willingness to work with our time constraints and scheduling, and even provided on the job pics to us while we were busy at work. What an outstanding roofing company, my only regret is that we are moving away and I can't save him in my phone for future business,

Ramiro is a reliable honest professional that makes customer satisfaction his priority. I originally hired him to replace the rotten trim around the roof. As it turned out, there was concealed damage to the roof decking underneath the shingles due to a drainage issue. He explained why the damage occurred and corrected the issue. I decided to replace the roof because of the possibility of additional hidden damage and there was. It was very obvious that Ramiro is extremely knowledgeable and why I placed my trust in him to do the job right. He explained the entire process and provided samples of the quality materials that would be used. Ramiro was onsite the whole time to manage the project personally which is impressive. I cannot be more pleased with the quality of the work and attention to detail which Iâ m reminded of everyday. Iâ ve received many compliments from neighbors and even other contractors.
