We were out of town and told that we had a roof leak. I called Ramon and he we very timely and corrected the problem right away.

BUYER BEWARE--I hired this company based on his good standing on this website to replace my old tar and gravel flat roof in October 2013 at a cost of about $4,000. The work seemed to go ok and they showed up on time etc...the work included a 10-year warranty against leaks and dry rot. Fast forward to the last major rain storm...my roof starts leaking in 4 places along a beam. I called Ramon Garcia but no call back..none of his email addresses are working and I cannot reach him. I called another local roofer to come out and evaluate the problem and he showed me where the material is bubbling and pulling up in various areas and also showed me a dry rot section right below where the material is lifting up. I have left Mr. Garcia 4 voice messages and 2 text messages over a 2 week period but to no avail. I think it's really sad to leave a client hanging with no call back or communication. It takes five minutes to make a phone call. If you're busy then tell me your busy. i Can deal with that. But I need a roof that DOES NOT LEAK. UPDATE: 5/12/2018 I was finally able to reach Mr. Garcia after contacting Home Advisor and we reached an amicable agreement with regards to my roof. Once I was able to connect with him he was responsive and did everything he said he would do so I bumped up my ratings. Based on other ratings my project might have been an anomaly.

He came early and worked till the job was completed. Can't evaluate the work till the next good rain and I can't go up on the roof to look at it.
