Ramon is a very knowledgeable electrician who did work on our house because part of the house suddenly had no electricity. After he was done, all the rooms in our house now have electricity. I am very grateful for his work.

He did not show up on time, was not able to take the credit card, showed up late when I went to give him cash, showed up with no supplies.

"Hi Michael. I want to apologize for the bad experience you had with my service. The credit card system not working was out of my hands. I was ok with check or Zelle to wich you decided to go to an ATM to pay me in cash.I ask If I could swing by after my appointment to wich you were ok. my appointment took longer than expected and I know that ruined your day I am very sorry for that. I had my day scheduled since the morning and the extra worked you wanted I had to get material for it that is why I offered you to schedule a day for that. I am sorry that things didn't worked out. Again I am sorry for the frustrating experience."

This review is long overdue! I definitely recommend working with Ramon. He is punctual, very friendly, easy to work with and honest! His work is clean and he is very knowledgeable. I started working with Ramon for our kitchen remodel. Our electrical inspection passed the first time. And since we have worked with him on our bathroom remodel. As I said before I definitely recommend him. Both my husband and I trust him and really enjoy working with him.
