Ramos Concrete Construction

We used Ramos to replace our front patio, add a 40 x 20 patio to the rear of our house, widen our driveway and poor a slab for a storage shed. The owners are very nice people and we’re on site during the entire project. Their crew was very conscientious and talented. Work was done on time and on budget. Quality was top notch and they cleaned up well after they were done. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

They staff was very helpful in explaining the process and how long it would take to complete it.

Built a large patio and poured 800/sq.ft in. of concrete in 2019. Have a significant addition addition now 2021 and they have doubled their pricing. Will use another concrete company for this project.

They arrived when they said they would, they worked hard the entire time they were here, they paid close attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards. It's not very often we come into contact with a company like this. Very rare indeed. I would very highly recommend them and will hire them again when I am ready to install more patio space in the back yard. If you need any kind of concrete work done, these are the people to hire!! Very pleased with the extension of our patio. The quote received was prompt and fair. Turn time was a bit long, 4 weeks from the quote date, but worth the wait. Ramos staff were all very friendly and pleasant to work with. Our job was finished within 2 hours and I was pleased to see there was no mess to clean up. I will highly recommend Ramos Concrete to any of my neighbors for future projects.

Great job on replacing front walkway and installing a 4x5 pad for deck steps landing. Prompt quote and prompt installation of project. After finishing my Patio it began to crack. I called Humberto on several occasions with no response. Once I finally contacted him he came by and the crack had gotten longer. He said he would come back to repair the crack. It took about a few months before he came back again. The crack had spreaded over the entire Patio. He tried to repair it with some new stuff he heard about. He used that stuff and it did not fix the problem. The crack is extremely bad now. He will not return my calls. He complained about the price we had agreed upon. I have been more than patient. He still has not repaired my Patio. He’s a nice person. And he does extremely good work. In my case he was to bring dirt to build the patio. He used the dirt from my back yard to build up the wall. I believe by him using the dirt from my back yard that caused the problem. Now he will not respond to any of my calls. I would have given him all Five Stars with the exception of him not honoring his warranty.

They kept us posted on rain delays & finished on time & cleaned up everything. I will use them again t replace rest of driveway in next 24 months. Call Humberto, you'll be glad you did!

Ramos Concrete replaced our broken sidewalk. They did an excellent job. Their attention to detail is very impressive. They were very pleasant to talk to and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished.

Ramos met with us last week, gave a quote that same evening and was at our home in less than 7 days to do the job. They arrived early and finished the job in one day! Their crew also put everything back in its place before leaving. The work was awesome and assured us if we had any questions or issues they would be right out. I placed my initial call after reading the reviews on Home Advisor. At first, they were a little difficult to get in touch with but it was expected in an improving economy and I think they were in high demand. After a few calls, we scheduled the work. It was completed on time and on budget. I received an education in new concrete technology and am the envy of my neighborhood. After the work was complete, I now know why Ramos is in such high demand. The work was absolutely phenomenal.

Driveway looks good, but is 3 to 4 inches higher than expected compared to the surrounding ground. Just needs some fill dirt to transition along the sides.

Humberto Ramos was very reactive to my calls and was very flexible in scheduling the project. The completed driveway is very nice and I am pleased. I did not mind that it took 3 days while other companies said they could complete the job in one day. The price differential was worth two more days.

Humberto replaced my driveway and extended my patio underneath my deck. He does nice work and is prompt and finishes on time. His price was better than the half a dozen other quotes I received! I will use him in the future.

I hired this company to remove an old patio and replace it was a new, bigger patio in 5/13. Initially I was pleased until 10/13 when small cracks started to form. Mr Ramos asked me to wait a couple months to see if they got bigger or spread (there were very few and small at first). After they got bigger and more extensive, the poor customer service began. I will have to hire someone else to patch the cracks and put a protective stain/paint over my patio. There was no service after the sale!
