good people

This contractor was very assertive about wanting and doing the project for me. He quoted me a price w/o seeing the job and assured me that his employee would do the job the next day, 1/17. No one showed up or called! I contacted Jose the next day and left a message. He messaged me back that he had spoken with his employee the morning of the job, but could not get his employee to answer his phone the rest of the day. The next day I again left a message for Jose that I still needed the work done and I asked if he would still be interested in doing the job. He did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. I would never use nor refer this contractor.

All around good guys.

Ramos & Sons did a great job, got it done on schedule and within budget. They showed up when they said they would and did excellent work.
