Had him replace a wood front porch approx 12ft x 4ft. Very professional, courteous, decent quality and fair price. I didn't give him specific direction on design and the design that he chose to replace the porch with allows for water to collect at the base of the railing rrequires more cleaning than the design I had before and the length is shorter than the other one so the marks of cement base of the old pillar are visible. I would give him more specific direction on things like this in the future, which I would not have known to do before.
