Was very professional, and got out stains I didn't think would come out.

They took their time and did a thorough job. I would have liked them to move some more of the furniture.

They were very professional and did a good job cleaning - however, the smell of cat urine is still there. I was told to call this week if we needed them to come back and repeat the process and I will be doing so.

They got most of the stains out of the carpet, but left a lot of fuzzballs that I later had to vacuum. He said that this was due to the type of carpeting in the house, but I was disappointed to have to put in so much work after paying to have it done.

The carpets were clean. They were cheap and all I needed was a rental cleaned. I would like to warn others who use this company that the carpets were wet for over 28 hours. This did not matter to me since I have already moved out but just FYI. the guys were great and the carpets are clean (though it was new construction 2 years old) I have 3 kids under 10 and there were no stains anywhere

They may specialize in tile and grout cleaning. However their rug cleaning was mediocre at best.

Rod was on time and got the job done quickly. I also like the fact that his company is "Green" as well.

I explained that I was trying to eliminate pet odors- the dry clean system did not eliminate the pet odor. I wish that I had chosen the deep clean/ steam clean process.

I was told that the carpet would be cleaned using steam and the carpet would not be saturated with water at all. In fact I was told that the carpet should be dry in about an hour or so. The carpet cleaner arrived around 9:30 am and when I got home at 6:30 the carpet in most rooms was still wet. In fact the carpet in the dining room, where I was hosting a family dinner that night, was very wet.. I also asked Rod to leave me a quote on power washing the exterior of my house before he left, but I never got that.

The grout looks so much better; there is still a urine-perfume smell, but Rod said he had another product for this. So, I believe that should do the trick. I am thankful and pleased with Rod and his team.

Mr. Blackwell contacted me via phone and was very professional. He explained his services, listened to what I wanted and quickly gave me a quote. I did not accept his bid right away, and told him I would get back to him. He gave me two additonal phone call within a 24 hours. And I went with his service. I emailed him my understanding of what services was to be performed and my address and he showed up promptly and ready to work. My carpet looks great. There are a few stains that I thought should have come up but, the overall carpet looks good and I am satisfied. I would recommend and plan to recommend Mr. Blackwell to neighbors.

Extremely quick response time, excellent work, very professional.

The Owner and employee were extremely professional and cordial. The job was to clean the tile and grout and recaulk 2 bathrooms. The equipment seemed adequate. A solution was poured on the floors first then the machine scrubbed and sucked up the solution and water. I expected to see some extra scrubbing of the grout for more whitening, so I am not feeling like the grout is super clean. Also, the caulking was done after the floor was cleaned so there is a bunch of residue remaining from the rag that was used to hold the caulking gun. Overall, I would rate this job a 3.5 out of 5.
