"We have been in business for over 25 years. We do residential and also bridge work for ODot and PennDot. We have NEVER had a complaint to this magnitude. This gentlemen wanted a patio done in a material that was for a bridge and we advised against it, but still did it because it was what he wanted due to the material being cheaper. He was not satisfied with the completed project so we re-did the patio for a small fee. We never got paid. We tried many times to make this right, but nothing seemed to please him."
