Work was done quickly and properly. The men doing the work were courteous and very knowledgeable. The price was also good. Top rate job for a decent price.

R&D found the problem that an earlier professional missed. Then he got a replacement part (plastic piping), and fixed the problem. Then my problem was fixed, and I was very happy!

R&D came to our house a few hours after we submitted our request because our furnace was not working properly. They inspect the furnace and found that we only needed a new filter. They went to the local hardware store and purchased a pack of filters, replaced the filter, left us the extras and left.

A serviceman came to fix the system and in doing so created an additional problem. Though it took several visits to fix it, they were diligent in their efforts and worked hard to ensure we were satisfied in the end.

R & D Air did a great job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The contractor was dishonest about their rate charges. Mike did not tell me that their work hours end at 3pm each day and anytime after 3pm is overtime. When I made the appt for the tech to come out at 2pm, he spent about 15mins and said that he was not going to do the job that same day because it'll go beyone 3pm, but I was charged for 1 hour. Also, the technician, before he left said that if the job required more than 1 hour when he come back the next morning, he would call me first before doing the job. This was not the case apprarently, b/c I was charged 3 hrs for the job at the end. No called me to obtain my approval prior to job.

Well, they came the next day. I was the first call. They were early. The normally charge for travel time but since the technical was coming from my area they didn't. They found out that my gas was cut of (This is a rental property) and didn't charge me the full fee. I will use them again.

They showed up on time. They were up front and honest. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend them.
