I would highly recommend this service! When we moved to Ashburn, we needed a new maid service that would work in that area and I have always been happy. It's like walking into a freshly cleaned hotel room every time they come! Even the toilet paper is folded for next use and other little details like wiping down the doors when they clean the bathrooms makes them a 5 star company and service.

The cleaners did an excellent job. The pricing was fair considering how quickly they finished the job. I would definitely recommend this company.

My expectations were blown away! Marlene runs a terrific business and the team couldn't have worked harder. Moved a family out of a three-level home in Reston after 45 years of raising 3 kids and then widower without much maintenance. It was an overwhelming job I'm sure. Marlene was quick to respond and came to house for estimate same day. The price was appropriate for the job and more realistic than others might have been. She was able to assemble a crew for appointment on short notice and exactly the time frame that was necessary to make the sale work. They finished beautifully right on time and buyers came with their agent for final walk through just after they finished. Buyers & agent were impressed as they did not expect to be presented with such a thorough cleaning and sparkling condition of the house since they had seen it lived in. My sellers were so pleased by the results, as well as how at ease they were with how Marlene handled things. They may even use R&D for regular cleanings at their new condo, and I will be recommending them to all my sellers from now on. Thank you so very much!

They were amazing. They came on time and did a fantastic job. The crew was very professional and really paid attention to detail. I will most certainly hire them again in the future.

Would recommend R&D for light cleaning needs. Hired R&D Cleaning for house cleaning after house renovation to get ready for sale. House was completely empty, with new carpet and new paint so there wasn't any furniture to deal with. Overall throughout the house, they did a good job, but the following 2 things they did not clean well: hardwood floors and bathroom shower stall glass. I had to come back in and steam clean the hardwood floors and also use a special cleaner to remove the soap scum from the shower stall glass. To R&D's credit they came back out and tried to reclean those items, and perhaps those things were above and beyond their normal scope of work to do, but unfortunately their level of work provided didn't meet 100% of my needs. But R&D was very responsive but just didn't meet the level of cleaning I needed.

Would hire them again for "spring" - type cleaning. Thorough and efficient.

I would highly recommend R&D Cleaning Service . They cleaned my apartment for move out inspection and the apartment looked immaculate when they were done. Even got all of the stains out of the carpet. 5 stars all around!

Did a fantastic job of cleaning and were very thorough, however they move all the furniture to clean and don't put it back, not that big of a deal.

The crew was late arriving due to traffic but worked quickly and effectively once there. One bathroom floor was not cleaned and I needed to do it myself. Otherwise they did a very good job.

Marlene is very friendly, professional and responsive. She has cleaned our home twice now and I am ready to begin and on going bi monthly or monthly schedule. With two toddlers and living in a new neighborhood with construction we collect a lot of dust and just general wear from a busy lifestyle. The hardwood is shiny and clean and the bathrooms are spotless. The kitchen has also been cleaned quite thoroughly each visit. I would highly recommend this company!

Very responsive. Came out and did a very good job of deep cleaning my house. Pricing was in the higher range but gave me a discount which made them more competitive. Would recommend to others.
