Seems like a very nice guy but is clearly telling blatant lies about the project. No communication, says he will follow up the same day but I have to follow up multiple times to just get a response from him.

Richard was friendly, communicated well and frequently, and took the time to explain what he provided in detail... he even followed up with a written estimate that contained everything they would be doing in detail. They have since come every week, on schedule, and have done a great job. Highly recommend R&D Landscape!
