unit was put in but the wrong unit was installed 3 ton unit was installed for home that needed 2 ton unit and the larger unit is causing issues

R&E Heating did an excellent job servicing our boiler and identifying the reason it wasn't working correctly. Pleasant to work with and great customer service. Will use R&E again for our heating and air repairs

R&E Heating did an amazing job when they replaced my oil tank. I got four quotes and each of the other places wanted to demolish my wall to do the job. R&E gave me the option of using a different style oil tank that was the same capacity but had a smaller footprint. It also had a much better rating. The tank itself was more expensive, but the total quote was LESS than anyone else! Two men arrived on time and spent all day doing the job but did not have to do any demolition of my walls or a tub sink I have downstairs. It seems the other companies wanted to just tear out the wall (or remove the sink, which was another option I was given) so they could get the job done quickly and be on their way to the next job. R&E took the time to do the job right, even though it was labor intensive. They have great pride in their workmanship. The city came to look at the work and also proclaimed what a nice job they had done, so itâ s not just me!

first appointment i made the tech called out sick. the preventive maintenance was completed another day. the chimney didnt get cleaned. it was dangerously filled with dirt. i ended up cleaning it myself.

Technician knew what to do instantly and completed the work in a timely manner.

I needed to close on the sale of my house within a few days , but found out a few days before I was to close that I had an open permit at the town that needed to get closed. I had work done at a prior date but didn t get it rechecked by the town .so The town told me I needed it inspected by a heating contractor first . So I called R&E and they came out right away and did what I needed done as quickly as possible . I was and am very grateful for the quick service. Thanks

We had an issue with a ductless AC unit (mini-split). I found R&E through HomeAdvisor, called them, and they came over the same day. The service man who was here was nice, respectful, and quick. He did amazing work, and we are back up and running perfectly. I plan on switching all of my business over to R&E. Thank you!

R&E replaced our central air compressor, added coolant, which was low but not empty, and added a sealant to the coolant, and our a/c is now working. We might now know whether or not the leak in the system was not small enough to be handled by the sealant for some time, but right now, during a serious heat wave, we have a cool home and are very grateful that they came on a very hot Saturday afternoon and got our a/c up and running.
