Where to start with R and M company I hired them to do the front retaining wall and back of house, retaining wall and concrete patio Worker was stealing the tools off of the company R and M and they fired him, he was the one worker that was doing all the retaining walls by himself, a lot of the corners on the retaining walls were chipped off to where it does not look right and one of the blocks fell off the retaining wall where I called Robert and told him about it, he said he would be over and never showed. Whenever I got an estimate, Robert said there was a 10-year warranty on the retaining walls but, Robert blocked my number to where I cannot call him, it would take him 5 minutes to fix the retaining wall! The front retaining wall was supposed to curve and be about three to four feet away from the road and whenever I saw them doing it, they stuck the retaining wall all the way to the road which I do no;t own 3 or 4 feet from road that goes into your property. It took over 2 months to finish all the work there were weeks when I did not see them The concrete patio, did not put the rebar in it and they made it into one big slab, there were supposed to be four sections in it and it has a lot of cracks in it! Robert was in a rush the whole time he worked on my retaining walls and patio and it shows The last time I talked to Robert, asking about putting my fence back up he told me that I wanted everything for free! I never asked him to do anything for free, Mike told me that he needed to take down my fence, I told him ** are you going to put it back up after?** and he said yes. Mike and Robert own R and M When I got estimate from Robert he used the word free 3 times at me!

I contacted Robert about a month ago about a large driveway in the rear of my property. Upon arriving to the project, he was very professional and affordable. Him and his crew arrived on time when they scheduled the job to be done. The driveway came together and looks amazing. I would definitely suggest them to other local residents looking for similar work.

This project is first class. They were very accommodating with our requests and showed up as scheduled. At all times they were very respectful of our property and went out if their way to protect it during the cement work. They went beyond our expectations and the final project is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company to all.
