They were very professional and responded quickly to phone calls. They followed through making sure I was 100% satisfied with the job preformed. When he found that the glass was not 100% correct Rob went back and got a new one cut to make sure that it was not only aesthetically pleasing but also 100% functional. I would highly recommend Rob and his services to anyone looking to get that work done.

The whole process was very good. Rob called quickly and the job was done quickly. The men who installed the shower took their shoes off outside and wore booties, they were very pleasant and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend these people.

Rob is honest and a man of his word. I ordered the shower door on 2/25/2016 it was installed on 2/29/2016 the installers did a nice job and finished in about 1hr. we are very please with the quality of the shower door and the work. I would recommend R & m glass for your shower door needs.

Very responsive and very professional shower door fabrication and installation. Only complaint - they also were to replace an exterior window pane, but forgot to bring glass. They apologized for the error and agreed to return to complete that small job. Shower door was great and price was much lower than local competitors.

Although the first installer made a mistake on the install, a call to the owner Bob got immediate attention. Bob came out and examined the problem and scheduled an immediate repair. I am very please with the final product and the service.
