V nice service and good value. I had them cut the pipes to install a shutoff value in the basement. Work was done well with good value. Since then, I used them for an irrigation meter installation, which worked out v. nicely.

Can't rate value. Have not yet received an invoice.

Paul was very knowledgeable and replaced my bathroom faucet quickly. He also checked and replaced the filter on my whole house water filter.

Paul was on time, worked through all of my issues and required "fixes". He was polite and was in constant movement going from one project to another. The Kitchen Faucet I purchased did not have the correct base plate and he called the Supplier and chase down the correct part number for me to buy what I needed. He could have very easily made it my problem to "figure it out" Customer Service at it's best

Ron was a very nice guy, very accommodating! The 2 guys that came to do the work were nice and helpful!

This company was prompt with getting an appraisal scheduled. Ron is a gentleman and very knowledgeable in his field (plumbing).The office staff were very cordial and courteous. When it came time for the work to be done, Mike and Same came to our home and were on time, polite, and friendly. The professionalism this company displayed was very much appreciated. In the future, I will be using this company for other repairs and highly recommend them!

Working with Ken from R&M was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely responsive and explained every step of the process. He was flexible with scheduling and answered my 800 questions along the way. He did an excellent job of working through all of the things that our 70-year-old house threw at him. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Ken was amazing, he was the only one that quoted me over the phone and was able to put in a new AC unit quickly. All the other companies I called were running 4-6 weeks out and their cost was several thousand dollars more. I plan on using this company for all my household projects.

Ron and Mike are definitely efficient and professional. the price is reasonable. and they are super friendly, easy to work with. they added new washer and dryer hookups in our basement, the job done beautifully. and the area is very clean after their work.

The value was one of many great aspects to working with R&M! They're extremely professional and the friendliest contractors you could ask for. They were on time and worked quickly; they had my financial interests in mind. But what I appreciate the most, a rather uncharacteristic quality in a plumber, is their thorough knowledge of the industry, including legal issues. I learned a lot and was impressed in every which way!

Very good professionals who arrived and re-connected faucets/toilets fixtures for small de-winterize project. Every issue was resolved quickly and priced as estimated. Will be calling them in the future for other plumbing needs. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

I had R& M Plumbing & Heating, a Twin Pines Company, remove an old and install a new bathroom faucet in my home on 4/18/16. The plumbers (Ron and Mike Moberg) called before they came, arrived on time and performed the work in a very prompt and professional manner. They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing work.

They did a good job and showed up when they said they would. Haven't seen their bill yet so can't comment on "value for money."

The plumbers were professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. They also worked around some storage I had in the basement without any complaint. They were very honest and forthcoming about costs applicable to the job, explaining our various options. They repaired the furnace without issue and left it as clean as they found it. A very good service from this company, I highly recommend them.
