I'm so glad I hired R&P Land Company to do my roof. It didn't take long for this team to complete the job and clean up, they were very respectful of my family and property. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their roof done in a jiffy they are definitely the company to call.

Arrived promptly to inspect roof and make repairs. Cleaned up resulting debri. Came by later while I was home to deliver an invoice.

Our main contact was with Cesar Nava. What I liked most about him was his honesty. He did everything he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. His price was $1000.00 lower than others and we got what we ask for. Plus he put ridge vents on. None of the other roofing companies even mentioned these to us. Everyone who worked on our roof was so polite and respectful. My mother in-law has a rental home that needs a new roof and R & P Land Company will definitely do the job. In the long run, yes call other companies and get estimates but donâ  t forget R & P Land. The price is right, the people are right and you will not regret it. If you donâ  t use this company you will be the one who losses out.

I had called 3 different companies to give me an estimate, and one I think was planning on placing gold shingles on the roof! I other company didn't even bother calling me back for a follow-up. Cesar with R and P Land was on top of it with following up but not being pushy. They had the job done in the timeframe they stated, and the roofers made sure the area was cleaned up after the job. I am very pleased with my new roof!!

It was pouring rain outside and my roof was leaking into my living room. This company immediately responded to my input to HomeAdvisor. They dispatched a technician to my home within the hour. The technician repaired the leak while it was still pouring rain outside. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and customer service that I received.

They need a better receipt and a printed contract.

Did not show on the day agreed and did not call. took three days to do a job which easily could have been done in well under two. Did not receive written agreement until well after work started after asking for it several times. The end result was what I wanted, but getting there was too difficult.

R & P Land were quick to respond to my request for a replacement of my roof. They scheduled my project within a few days of me making a decision to use there company.

The contractor used unskilled floor and tile installers, tried to use inferior materials (which we had to stop them from using). He exhibited a total lack of respect for us, the customers, and used abusive language when we questioned his choice od materials and workmanship. He did not finish the job, and I had to hire someone to complete it. They left the furniture, walls & woodwork full of plaster - again had to hire help to clean up. A 6-8 week job that stretched to 8 months and then the contractor walking off the job without completion is inexcusable.

The foreman and his crew did a good job. They were professional and completed the job in one day. I also hired them to power wash and stain my fence. I was very happy with the results and the cost was fair.

Received quality service for a reasonable price. The work was scheduled around our schedule and was completed in one day. quickly. Courteous, respectful and approachable foreman staff and crew. Additional renovations to the home have been discussed for the near future.

Fast, professional, courteous, and all for a relatively small patch job on my roof. I strongly recommend them.
