same problem to day as when they came. Only charged for service call, was told we open and close door too much. Pulled icemaker out and put it back in, not sure what that did!

These guys knew their stuff & quickly diagnosed my broken washer. They had to get the part at another side of town, but came back as promised and finished the job. Washer is working and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing! They're reasonably priced and go WAY out of their way to help! They got to us as fast as I could ever have hoped for. Read on, for the full story. Our washer broke down on a Saturday, mid-day; and we live in a tiny town an hour west of San Antonio. I couldn't even find an appliance repair in our region. Out of sheer desperation I started searching for someone in SA that I could TAKE my washer to. I got on HomeAdvisor and R&R Appliance Repair came up - actually saying that I might be 'in area.' I called the number and was greater by a lady that couldn't have been nicer and more concerned - we have kids and DEPEND on our washer! She said that if they could locate the part (we were pretty certain the water pump had gone out on our LG front load washer) they would come out immediately, even if they found it the following day which was Super Bowl Sunday. I asked for a quote and she said the technician would call me with a price for the pump and a total. He called me and gave me a great price for the pump, $80 to drive out to our house (1.5hrs from their location) and estimated $85 for labor. They couldn't locate a pump until Monday but called me at 10am Monday to let me know they had it in hand. They had a couple other jobs scheduled already but said they would be at my house between 5pm and 8pm. They arrived at 6pm and worked until 8:30 and got the machine working perfectly. The charges were exactly as quoted and it cost me under $300 to have my $1500 washer repaired! That saved me $1200 over buying a new unit. A family business - father and son team - they were incredibly friendly and polite and professional, cleaning up behind all their work. I could have asked for a better experience and I would, and WILL, recommend them to all my friends and family! Use them with total confidence!!
