Way too expensive for the work and time

Ruben was 10 minutes early! I think that's awesome!! It only took about 40 minutes for them to find the issue and make the repair.. fast and excellent service.

Small company but performed well

Ask for an estimate before doing the work. The original price for replacing a motor relay was excessive. I should have been given an estimate before the job was performed.

Professionalism needs work but the job was done right and at a very fair price.

My refidgerator stopped cooling the Friday before Labor Day. One business came out but then said it couldn't fix it until Tuesday. R&R responded very quickly and were there within hours. They were friendly and helpful - even cleaned behind the fridge for me while they had it pulled out. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The two repair techs figured out the issues quickly and solved the problem, failed to put all the screws back once the repair was finished and even most important is that at the moment of payment they claimed it was an emergency cause it was after 6PM, charging me an addition 35%, no mention from the dispatcher I would be charged an emergency rate!!! Lacks Integrity!!!!!!!!

My rent house garbage disposal stopped working. I called Gary at R&R to have him check it out. He said he could get to it in two days. I asked him if he could get to it sooner. He said he would try. 30 minutes later the renter called and said it was fixed. An hour later Gary called to tell me it was fixed. He told the renter how to fix it over the phone. I asked him about a service charge and he said no charge! I try to take care of problems at my rent houses as soon as possible but this is unbelievable. You can bet I have Gary's name and number at my desk. Thanks Gary. the

It's a small company. My repair was a simple one. They were able to get the new part and install it the next day. They are courteous, polite, and efficient.

This business is family owned and operated. They were able to come early and were honest about the repairs needed. Instead of selling the repair, they advised purchasing a new washer since the cost would be comparable to the price to repair. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
