From the first phone call into Randy I was more than pleased! A gentleman came to look at my system, and when told what it could cost I asked about an entire new system. My choice, but it was a good choice! Randy called me within the day and we set up an appointment that afternoon. He quoted me an "estimate" and the final billing was right within that estimate. Ginger then set up an appointment to have the job started - she worked within my schedule! Darren and J.J. came out - what a GREAT team working together! Professional, personable, punctual - could not have asked for anyone better! And to top it off, they respected my home and did not leave a mess! Such a bonus!!
