R & R did the job very professionally, they were courteous to me and did not try to rip me off, I appreciated it.

Hired to extend my back yard drainage system. Lonnie, Paul and Billy were very professional and very hard working. They brought a trenching machine; but hand dug almost the entire length (approx. 140 feet) in order to be able to get around exiting sprinkler system and underground utilities. All trenches were thoroughly tamped down, and crowned. They even replaced the existing grass sod next to my neighbors lot line in the front yard. Cleanup was very thorough. All were very personable and experienced. Price was very reasonable given the extent of supplies and manual labor involved. Highly recommended.

Twice, I've had freeze-cracked pipes because I didn't know how to winterize my system. The tech showed me how to do it; close one valve, open two others. A two-minute job. I felt like a moron, but that short course was, in itself, worth the cost of having him come out. He also repaired a pipe, checked the system, and replaced a sprinkler head. A good visit.

Was not late for the appointment. Matter of fact he was a little early.

They were here when they were supposed to be and worked until finished. The thing that I was impressed with is that they did not push for a whole new system. They took their time and repaired and improved the system I had for a whole less which is what I really wanted at this time. I will be calling them for all my sprinkler needs.

Excellent! R&R was on time ...some stations I thought had a problem he claimed it did not need to be fixed... just an adjustment or run that station longer. The work he did do was quick and did the repair! Appreciated his honesty! Would use in the future!!
