R&R Plumbing Technicians, Inc.

We hired R&R for several repairs and installations. While a few jobs were completed correctly, others were not. We scheduled two follow-up visits to address the issues. On the first return visit for the sump pump, the problem was inspected but not resolved. On the second scheduled visit, the technician never showed up. Overall, the work was inconsistent and follow-up service was disappointing. I would only seek this company for very simple jobs.

My regular plumber and I had a falling out so I had to call Home Advisors for a plumber. They suggested a big-named company, Roto Rooter. I called them for emergency service because sewage was backing up into my shower. Emergency service is suppose to be 2 hours but he came 4.5 hours later, after having to call the company twice. The plumber was very nonchalant and moved slow. He did not come in to see the inside problem, just stayed outside, looked around my back yard, opened up my outside sewer cap and quoted me $858 to rod my outside sewer line. When I told him no thank you, he then wanted to negotiate for a lower price but it was still way too high and, he said it would take 3 hours without looking at the job. I called R & R Plumbing that same evening, spoke to a friendly representative who told me a plumber would be out the next morning. Zack arrived promptly at the designated time and was very professional and courteous. He gave me a great rate and completed the job within the hour. Before he left, he made sure everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions. I got a quote that was reasonable and a man with a great work ethic! I have a new plumbing company; R & R is on my speed dial and I would recommend them to everyone!

He reset my water heater and suggested I lower the water temperature. I talked to him about rodding out the drain in my bathtub because it was draining very slow. He told me he would send someone the next day to fix it but never did. When I called him 2 days later he said he forgot and that he would get someone to come out the next morning....no one ever showed up or called me. He didn't charge me for resetting my water heater since it only took him 5 minutes.

Outstanding company!!!!! Estimate and install was one in same visit. Mike replaced the old faucet and installed a new angle stop to accommodate a new Mohen faucet i had purchased. The install charge was reasonable. They actually came back to trouble shoot a minor problem.

Phil did an excellent job replacing my bathroom fixtures. He was very personable and punctual. I will definitely call them again for any future work.

After replacing all of the gas lines they didn't check for leaks. So they had to come back out the next day to check for leaks, which they had 2 on the work they just did. Nice guys. They came out promptly after I called them about the leaks, but I'm not sure I would use again.

Technician was very professional,curteous,knowledgeable and informative. He explained the problem and exactly how he was taking care of it.

R&R Plumbing assisted on resolving low water pressure throughout the property and installed a new exterior water faucet. Great customer service and completed the small projects within reasonable time.
