"This was an unfortunate and unforeseen issue due to no groundwater relief, before starting this project we asked if there were groundwater issues and told there were not. we also asked if there was a relief plug and the customer didn't know. Upon draining we walked to the bottom of the pool to remove any plugs and as soon as we stepped into the deep end the water pressure blew through the pool. Within 5 mins of this happening a claim was submitted to our insurance company."
