John came and assessed what needed to be done and I went with the recommended 20M, and I wish now I had gone with the 27M, which is sturdier, although it cost 25% more. I had a few questions, which were answered quickly. John and his workers did a superb job.

I think these guys do quality work, also they explain things to you which is important. However I also need vaccuming done and I think they are very expensive for vaccuming so I did not use their vaccume services. As far as opening the pool I was quite happy they did a very good job.

They were friendly, professional and did the job for 1/3 less than other estimates.

On one of the hottest days of the summer, my 2 pros drained my pool, climbed into the "yuck", vacuumed out all the junk at the bottom and even patched a hole made by my neighbors bamboo plants! They were wonderful, totally professional. They even gave me advice on what to do if various problems occur. I told them I would call them back in an instant with any problems. Any customer would be happy to have this company service their pool!

Excellent guys! They gave us an accurate estimate of the job over the phone. Came in to sign a contract and measure the pool. Everything was just like they said it would be. Our pool had some challenges, but they troubleshooted through it and came up with a solution. Pool works great. they also installed a new heater, salt cholorinator and a filter. Everything workled fine for the whole summer. Their work was at the cost and time we expected.
