He was on time he clean the pool for the little time we had before inspection you can see the bottom of pool we just have to vaccum some leafs not many overall his service was great we will use him again

The promptness, quality of service exceeded expectations in making electrical repairs. My ratings are based on the actual services rendered not the follow up requested. He is very knowledgeable. Follow through on Estimates for additional repairs was non existent and my calls continue to go unanswered. Too bad when he seems to be the best in the area.

The technician was efficient in finding the issue, then he explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He also gave me some tips on hot tub maintenance and what to look out for since my hot tub is ten years old (it came with the house I moved into 18 months ago). He called to confirm the appointment before coming, and he was done in less than 90 minutes. I will be calling him again if I ever need service; I own a Morgan spa and the Morgan dealer couldn't confirm that they work on their own equipment, but R&R Pools and Spas said upfront that they can.
