I submitted an inquiry on Home Advisor and Ron followed up very quickly and professionally, which means a lot in the service industry. I hired Ron to strip, paint and seal my garage floor with an epoxy with gray flake. The price was great and so was the service and finished product. I am very pleased with Ron and his team and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

This is the outfit you want doing your epoxy floors. Ron is very knowledgeable and offers a wide range of options. Quality is outstanding, customer service is superb. Fair warning- once Ron does your garage floor, you're going to wish you had repainted the walls first! My results were top-notch!

The 40 year old floor had at least 3 prior coatings and looked horrible. He was able to get all the old coatings off and the floor turned out beautiful!! My garage is now my favorite room in my house!

Please use caution! All positive reviews are fake!! I hired R & R Upscale Garages to do epoxy flooring and paint my garage walls, they have no clue what they are doing, they grinded my garage floors which ruined them! When painting the walls they got paint on the ceilings, door knob, outlets ,etc . They dropped clear coat & epoxy all over my driveway causing permanent stains ! My driveway, grass and surrounding areas around the house have paint chips all over because they made a complete mess and did not bother to clean up after themselves . The owner sends me an email saying he wouldn't pay for this job either yet he hasn't refunded me and is fighting the charge back! I left a review on Angieslist and they lied stating they came back and fixed the job, they came back twice with no success !! Anyone that is considering hiring them please contact me and I will take pics dated the day you requested them.

"There's nothing fake about our reviews. All reviews posted are postive reviews from satisfied customers. This client contacted us for service as a referral from a prior satistfied customer regarding epoxy floor installation and painting all 3 garage wall. The client was serviced and he was not please with the work. As a professional company we returned to fix every issue/concerning areas addressed by the customer. Pictures post by the customer are old picture prior to completion of the job. My company has updated pictures and videos of all corrections made. Unfortunately Home Advisor doesn't give us the option to upload them. After all corrections were made the client still was not satisfied and started making threats and harassing our company so we decided to allowed the client to keep the remaining balance of $775. Still not satisfied with that the client requested our company to give him a full refund of the deposit as well. Prior to requesting a refund from us the client had already filed a charge back with his credit card company which was already deducted from our account. The client original file claim was that he didnt authorize our company to charge his card and he was unaware of the charge. Once our company provided all evidence proving that the charge was authorized he then changed his story to service was not as described. So the client tried to extort our company for a total amount of $2325 for service that was provided. We aren't the first company this particular client has done this to. He preys on small business owners for free service. Til today we have not been paid for any service from this client for his grey glitter epoxy floor and painted garage walls. His case is currently under review with our attorney. This is not a typical experience for our company. Our company takes pride in our work and as always we are dedicated to client satisfaction and will use this as a learning experience to continue to improve and grow our company. We want to thank this client for his feedback and even though it is not a good one, we will use it as a reminder that we can always find ways to improve our process, communication, and customer experience."

I am extremely happy with R & R upscale garages that I hired to do the epoxy coating in my garage. Ron was very punctual on arriving at the time he said he would, even for my estimate. I'm very pleased with the work he did. And it was worth every penny. Ron paid extreme attention to detail, very clean work and made sure the job was perfect. I would absolutely use this company again for future projects, and would recommend this company to family and friends!
