Easy to schedule home repair. Trainee Siraj completed repairs and system is back up. Repair van did not have 7uF capacitor which seems short=sighted. Paid premium for their trip to wholesaler to buy correct part. I was not given receipts for replaced parts. Also wish I had seen before/after weights on the refrigerant. At $120/lb, I would have appreciated the open books. Aside from sticker shock, happy overall with the work and happy to have A/C back.

Good people always there when I needed them. Reasonable rates. The Tech (Nick) was very knowledgeable and understanding to what I needed.

I had R & S relocate an air conditioner that was basically a bootleg install by the prior owner. R & S was able to get me scheduled quickly at a fair price. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they’d do. Good service. Good people. I’d use them for HVAC issues in the future.

R&S came out same day and fixed our AC unit. They were prompt in the repair and the service tech Stephen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable

Service man Nick was very informative and fixed the initial problem. He also was very helpful in explaining additional concerns with my furnace and hope to have him install a new furnace in the near future.

Sunday visit was $200. I missed other company $100 offer.

Our hot water stopped working. I called and there were out next morning, very polite, efficient, had masks, gloves, took off shoes, explained and fixed the problem. We have used them for new HVAC system and furnace repairs in the past and were totally satisfied with work completed and fair pricing. Congrats!

Our furnace went out in a Saturday evening called R&S he came out after a call he was finishing up. Took off his shoes fixed the furnace and explained in detail everything to my husband. Very polite price was what we expected on a weekend after hours reasonable YES would recommend this company. Great service very professional

Not only is my heating unit working now it works properly! There were settings that had been changed that were put back to optimal and for the first time, I understand this unit and it s humidifier and know where both replacement filters are located! I also know where the air duct valves are for each floor register. Thank you thank you thank you R&S!!!!
