Stay away from this contractor.. we paid them $170,000 and based on the contract the entire house framing along with windows, rough electrical, HVAC, and final inspection should have been completed. all we got was an empty incomplete shell after 6 months of chasing. after threats of legal and criminal charges, we find out that the contractor had used close to $100,000 of our funds elsewhere for his personal use and left our project hanging, plus not paid his own contractors. every day every week every month we were fed constant lies and excuses. we did not heed the warning signs from the additional bathroom project we gave them which they delayed for 4 months and could not figure out how to make a simple shower bench nor proper cabinets. since we wanted our house back as soon as possible as it was damaged by a falling tree we paid a lot of money upfront trusting the contractor to expedite things only to find out our money was used up elsewhere. we are now initiating legal and criminal charges to get our money back and salvage the situation of this horror story created by this unscrupulous contractor...Mohammed Rasheed is the name of the contractor who has no clue about the project calendar nor timelines nor does he have a project manager. the people he works with are handyman who has no clue about building codes as was apparent with the bathroom disaster we had as well as the stairs that were put in by his handyman that were framed not to code and uneven.... do not hire this contractor even if he offers to do the job for free .save yourself the aggravation.

I hired this company - September, 2019 for a major home remodeling. We signed the contract, work did not start as scheduled. That was the sign of the hell ahead. When they finally start the project, it went down hill from there: 2 guys showed up one day, the next day, 1 guy showed up, and after that nothing but excuses. The contractor barely showed up on site, maybe once a month, and sometimes not. Sometimes, no materials and workers stand idle waiting for materials. It was the worst experience for me as a homeowner. They dragged on for over 3 months with nothing to show; except few framing job that did not even pass roughing inspections. Finally, I fired them, got another contractor and job was completed and on budget. My advice - please check the references of who you hire - That was my first mistake.

This company was very professional from the very start to finish. We had a budget of $250,000.,they did everything that was requested and stayed within the budget, with options as well. The manager Rash, overlooked the entire project to the very end. Very trustworthy company!

So far, the work looks like it solved our problem. Would have liked more than one year guarantee that the problem does not occur again.
