These guys came in and one fixed the drain in the kitchen, while one fixed the bathroom faucets and toilet. Excellent work and stuck with it until it wasa completed. Definitely will request R&T first for any problems like these.

Tim came on time. He was very low key and friendly. Unlike another plumber I contacted who wanted to replace the entire faucet, Tim repaired the faucet and a toilet. he completed the work in under an hour, leaving both bathrooms as clean as when he got there.

After waiting all day for another plumber, who had promised to restore water service but did NOT because it was too late when he arrives - I called several other companies starting around 5 pm to decide who would do the repair the next day). R & T called me around 7pm. In explaining the problem I voiced my frustration that we had been without water since 3 am in the morning - and obviously would need to wait until the next day. He offered to come iimmediately. He quoted a fixed price for the repair plus parts. They did the work effieciently and for the quoted prices. We had water back by 11:30pm.

Russell and Tim were great - very polite and thorough on the job. I gave their names to a co-worker who has already contacted them.
