Did not complete the job....did not put trim down after saying it would be done. Contractor bragged on having a high rating as a contractor for Lowes, however, I will contact them too

"We did finish the job. He had hardwood taken out and the new carpet did not meet the base boards. Customer did not buy quarter round to put around the carpet. We did not talk about doing quarter round."

Very impressed with the work ethic of the young team members. They all had excellent manners made me feel very comfortable working with them. The job turned out beautiful 1500 sq ft of flooring that was installed with minimal transition pieces and in a day and half. I am very pleased with their work and have referred 3 other people to Randall's flooring.
