Randell and his crew are fantastic!! They show up on time and ready to work and they don't quit until the job is done. There isn't any job they won't tackle and I trust them completely.

Nice people. Asked permission before the did anything. Only thing is they are a cash only business and that would be helpful to know before hand.

There was tiling involved, but Randall did not supply his crew with appropriate tools to do the job. delays while he went to the store to get the right tools to do the job.

Cash only. Had problems sending through Money Gram from CT as requested by Mr. Randall. No good reason was given by Money Gram except that the money was going to a high-risk destination. Otherwise, Mr. Randall patiently waited for the money to arrive by a certified bank check from CT. Easy to work with.

Mr. Randall and his assistant, Ray, were pros and had everything under control and fixed in no time at all! We had an "Emergency" plumbing problem with one of our shower handles and I had already hired them to replace a kitchen faucet. If I ever have a need for Randall's Handyman Services again I'll call them in a New York second!

We moved into a new house and desperately needed 4 TVs mounted before Spectrum coming out. We hired Randall's Handyman Services, they came out on a Sunday, completed our entire honey-do list expertly! We will hire them again for all future services.

Not very knowledgeable about what and how to handle my project. I had to glide him through the work. In fact I had to complete the project on my own.

I have just hired Randall's group to clean my house and decks weekly. His folks are congenial, knowledgeable, and work constantly to get the list of work done. I have had them for just one week, so ratings will probably go up as they learn how to do the various projects around the house. Having lists of items to be done will help them accomplish them at a better rate and with confidence.

Hired to rehang closet door showed up 2 hours complaining about weather. Brought no ladder had to Borrow mine took 3 hours to replace stripped screw then blamed me said he should of charged me for stripped screw. Would only take cash so I have no recourse. 200.00 wasted. DO NOT HIRE

They were quick to respond to my Home Advisor request and were to my house the next morning. They did a great job--very happy with their work. I will definitely contact them again for house projects.

I asked for a quote and I was given the quote. Then at 1130pm I was told that I have no clue on cost. I thought it was extremely rude.

Randall called me immediately upon my accessing Home Advisor and told me, "We do all the jobs no one else wants t do" which was perfect for our needs. My daughter was out of town but would be moving into a newly renovated old home. Everything was arranged remotely. We provided him with a tentative list and agreed on a price. His crew of 2 plus a teen-aged helper showed up on time and worked the entire day to knock out the list which had a few changes. They worked carefully and with little direction and touched up paint as needed. Randall was responsive, reliable, accessible and easy to work with. We hope to have them back soon to complete a few more tasks that have cropped up.

Took 7 days to do a project he said would only require 3, broke a window and damaged a door which had to be repaired by others because ** I do not know nothing about no damaged door or broken window** Had to have a cleaner remove dried joint compound on floor. Suggest you stay away from this contractor.

Mr Randall s is a good man beside is his outstanding service and quality of work . I recommend him to everyone is looking for good price and work quality . Sammy

They did everything we ask them to do. They came in and cleaned up some other contractors bad work and made it into a professional repair. Outstanding work and would greatly recommend them to anyone
