Welcome to Randolph Landscapes, in business since 1979. We emphasize sustainable practices, organic soil amendments, local materials for hardscape, and a range of plants: native, desert, & tropicals. As a design/build firm we firstly generate a precise landscape design in plan form. This is developed from intense meetings with the client for research, input, and formulation of preliminary concepts that are further refined into a precise concept to be budgeted from in all aspects of the industry: grading and excavation, walls and pathways, vehicular circulation, bed preparation and soil amendments, irrigation and landscape lighting, planting and mulching, and maintenance and stewardship of all plantings. The design phase is billed at a fee of $ 100.00 /hour and is separate from any bid for installations. The average for a single family home could be $ 1,000.00 to $ 2,500.00 for larger properties. The necessity of a plan is tested; would you build a house without one? Why a garden?
