I am extremely pleased that I selected Randolph Liebelt - Architect for my sunroom design. Randolph has been so easy to work with throughout the entire design process. He is an excellent listener and communicator so the experience is efficient and enjoyable. I am delighted with the final design and can't wait to get it built and move in! I wish everyone in the Home business was as good as he is!

As a business owner I am always skeptical about reviews, but these 5 star ratings are spot on, he is good and any new projects that needs an architect he is my guy.

It was a quick job for amending house details for the village?s records. It was not a big job or great undertaking, so I do not know if their full services warrant a full 5 stars. As for this job, he was very curious and quick to finish. I've already recommended this office to a co-worker, & this would submit to all you readers to at 'least sit down talk to them for your architectural needs. That said, don't forget, architects are not cheap, though the most meticulous and detailed oriented of architect saves one undo stress & unnecessary costs. A good architect lays the framework for every contractor's portion of work and their plans even set legal precedent if situations should ever turn sour with lazy workmanship. Keeping that in mind, you will notice where the value of a good architect lies what you're really paying for. Peace of mind. (... and for everything else, there's MasterCard)

Randolph was the architect and general contractor for an addition. He knew the county and inspectors and was able to move us through design and inspections quickly. He introduced us to multiple contractors that provided excellent services. I would recommend all his contractors and have done so for three contractors to date. The value was good and am enjoying the new functions and floor space in the addition.

Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Randolph was great in getting designs done in a timely fashion, getting permits, recommending quality sub contractors and helping get inspections approved. I'm hiring him for another job in the spring
