RandomHero Locksmith

I've hired Random Hero multiple times. I've never once had a problem with his performance. He is kind, timely, and professional. Not once have I ever had an issue. His prices are reasonable, he knows exactly what he's doing and would hire him again. In the four years that he's been doing work for me, I've never once had a problem, in fact I've only seen excellence out of him.

He is a scammer, I gave him a prepay for the parts that he ordered and after that he never showed up, and he is not answering my calls either.

It was a horrible experience from an honest customer to a dishonest professional. He left my doors unable to close. And now I need to get someone else to do the job. he was paid to do the job which he did not complete and still has not returned my money as of October 14th, 2021, and has never contacted me about returning it what a shame.

Prompt response. We have a vacation rental and a tennant locked the mandoor to the garage and our keys didn't work. RhadomHero responded and opened the door within a few hours. Excellent service.

Greg was fabulous. He repaired my lock, as well as other issues with the door. Very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond showing me what was wrong, what was repaired and how to maintain my doors/locks. I would use Random Hero Locksmith for future needs and I do recommend them.

Greg changed my lock but additional work was required such as ensuring the lock was catching/latching into the mechanism in the door frame. It wasnt so Greg was going to purchase the mechanism and come back the next day to finish the job. Now its day 2 after the partial job and my calls and texts are not being returned. I paid for the service call only, as the balance would be paid when the job was completed. Now I have to find another locksmith and pay for another service call in addition to ordering or waiting for another part if they do not have it on hand. Meanwhile I cannot lock and secure my door! UPDATE: two days after my review (about 5 days after the service call) I realized Greg had blocked me. I had a friend call him and he said he was on his way to finish the job but never showed up! I hired another locksmith to complete the job.

Greg was very quick to call and schedule an appt to take care of our needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith's services!

Greg was very personable, respectful, considerate & focused on my same day request. His callback to me was quick & scheduled me in the same day 2 hours after my call. I have been in sales for over 30 yrs & have not been impressed by many, ( not that I'm judgemental) However, I was impressed & so grateful for his integrity. I will be proudly recommending him. The work needed to be tweaked and Greg came right out to complete it.
