"We worked for this customer for a week. He never paid us. He was supposed to call us back when he decided what he wanted to do with the roof design. We have heard from several contractors to stay away from him and his house. We should have listened to them!"
"We explained to this homeowner that we were out of town but could send someone from another company over. We expected he could fix her issue but unfortunately he did not. We try to always find someone to help in emergency situations when we are unavailable. It just did not work out this time. We are a little pickier about who we refer to our customers now."
