Randoulph Remodels

He has absolutely no idea how to put up a wooden fence, he may have good ratings for other things. But do not hire him to put up a wooden fence. I wish I was able to post the pictures of the job he called himself doing and the mess he left for me to clean up. He used my wheel barrel to mix cement and then let it dry with the cement still in the bottom. He insisted that I pay him for installing the posts, only to find out after he left that the last three posts were not even submerged in cement. He also refused to follow a plum line which then caused my property line to be shortened by over a foot. He said he could no work with me because I expected too much. I expected a professional not an amateur. I and my partner are in our 60s. My partner is on dialysis and pending a kidney transplant. He and I ended up having to finish putting up the fence and clean up the mess he left for us.

It was a large job, that Randolph had to do all by himself. His helper was out sick. He stayed until sundown the first day, and finished up the following day. He kept it at the agreed upon price. I'm very satisfied, and plan on hiring him for routine yard maintenance during the summer.

Randolph was a joy to work with. He was on time, friendly, efficient, and economical. We're already lining up future projects. So glad I found him.

Sincerely wants to get the job done right the way you envision it. I hired him for recurring lawn service and I'll provide more feedback as we get through the summer.

They have a small crew and the quality of work is fantastic, I have referred him to friends and neighbors as well.
