Shed, Barn or Playhouse - Repair
He performed a temporary fix and then promised to get back to me with an estimate on a long-term solution. After not hearing from him for over a month, I called him and left a voicemail message. I never heard back from him.

"The customer asked me to do a temporary fix to a shed door that was dragging due to it not properly installed by the shed company and he was very thankful.....I never got back to him on a permanent fix as it would be cost prohibative as well as I wouldn't have time to get to it as I've had to turn many jobs away from so many people wanting smaller jobs as such that I couldn't get to."

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Randy was great and I was overall pleased with his work. They did leave the yard a little messy.

"I normally have my guys clean up but I personally cleaned our work area of all our job debris...However the yard was basically messy and junky anyway so not sure what this person is referring to but we clean our mess up....He was very pleased when I left as well."

He did not do what I wanted done and since he did not want to do it he did not finish the job he left it incomplete.

"I've not had a problem in 30 years but sometimes everyone can't be pleased. He and I agreed what to do on this job,part of which was install "siding" over an area of brick that was painted. I gave him a price over the phone,he agreed, I then went to his house with the contract that plainly says "install siding over brick." I put exterior siding on and he "thought" it would be vinyl."

Demolition
Randy demolished a sun/mudroom for me. I was very pleased with the price and impressed with the service. When my new patio door did not work with a doggie door panel, Randy quickly returned and built a wall-based doggie door. Not only am I very happy, but so are the weenie dogs.
