Randy is my go to appliance guy. Always prompt, courteous, and knows what he's doing. When my washer became faulty, he knew within minutes what needed to be done. I trust him. He is basic, old fashioned style service oriented... very welcome in this robot oriented world. He answers his phone or calls you back. He is also fair in his pricing. You won't go wrong calling him.

I happened to find Randys business card from 2 years ago. It brought back memories on his service call at our home. The charge was $70.00 dollars or $75.00 to come to my home and TRY to fix the issue I was having. The service charge would be applied to the bill if he could FIX it. I had a Samsung ( still have it) washing machine that wasn't working properly. Obviously not working that why I had Randy look at it. Anyway when he showed up around 4:15 pm I explained what was wrong. So he was looking at the different cycles etc etc I had on the machine. There were error codes being displayed which I'm sure he wasn't familiar with. We tipped the machine so he could see if the belt drive was working, it was. He lifts the cover up and presses down on the drum. He told me I had a bent drum. Wrong! His final solution was he showed me pictures of Washing machines that looked similar to mine. Pictures from HD & Lowes. It was obvious to me after 15 minutes he had no idea what was wrong. other than telling me it was a BENT DRUM! Although the warranty was expired , I reached out to Samsung and they sent a certified company down to check it out. After running a few tests and speaking with a Samsung technician, they determined it was a mother board. I'm not a technician, but I thought the same as well. It was a simple test to resolve the problem. A test that Randy did not do or had no idea. Bent Drum - not even close. Buy a new one at HD or Lowes. Are you kidding me. So Randy, feel free to send me my check back for a job you had no idea how to fix. P.S. I live in Port Charlotte and you in North Port. How convenient for you to show up at 4:15 pm. (last job of the day so you told me)

INTEGRITY! Look no further for a repairman! Randy fixed our dish washer 6 months ago but the part went bad. (Not his fault) Randy offers a 90-day warranty. He came back and fixed the dish washer without a labor or parts charge. INTEGRITY! He is knowledgeable, timely and goes beyond fair and honest.

Randy is an old school type of guy. Care to fix not to take the easy road just exchange a part. Randy is very professional, honest and you can really depend on him. Our business glows thanks to him. Thumbs Up for Randy.

Randy was very professional and honest in assessing the problem with my washer and told me that fixing the washer made no sense because it would cost so much that I was better off purchasing a new one. He took his time explaining the issue and answered all my questions. Prior to Randy coming to my home another contractor literally began to pull a part out of the box without telling me the visit including part and labor would be over three hundred dollars. Clearly Randy could have done the same but his priority is serving the client, not his monetary gain. Hire Randy. You won't regret it.
