Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
We hired Randy to replace five interior doors with solid-core factory-finished pre-hung six-panel oak doors. He promised to do it in two days. Randy did a sloppy, unprofessional job on the first four doors. The new doors are nicked, and there are gaps between the doors and the walls. One door sits crookedly, another is nicked in four places and has to be replaced. Three of the door handles need to be replaced as they are of the wrong orientation. For the fifth door, he brought a used rough unfinished door. We refused to let him install it and never heard from him again. He owes us money for the door, its installation, and damages. 0 stars.
