Randy's Pool and Spa

We contracted Randy for a large home construction job that required a pool renovation. Randy asked for a deposit to start the first part of the job, which we gave him. He was often rescheduling or had other things come up but completed the initial pool cleanout (which was 1/3 of the job). When he was ready to do other phases of the job, he asked for more money which was not what the contract stated. When we asked for receipts or proof that he ordered a liner and pump (we never confirmed style or color with him so how could he already order?), he kept dodging us saying he was out of town. We tried to keep him updated on the project timelines, but again when I asked for receipts and proof of what he ordered, he never actually provided us anything. We have been trying to reach him for over 1 year and he never provided us the materials, or a refund of the rest of the money. He left debris and pumps on our property that he said he would come pick up, and now has completely ghosted us. Seems he has done this to other customers. We have a signed contract and this company owes us quite a bit of money for work not completed!

Randy never called to let me know when he was coming to the house and took a down payment and has been unable to reach no work has been done

Great service, efficient communication. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my (Service). Randy always has my best interest at heart and keeps my pool perfect and maintained.

Randy responded quickly, explained what needed to be done, got it done and went above and beyond with corresponding with the local town departments on my behalf. I wish he did more than pools!! I will use him again on everything with my pool. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Randy was great. He showed up the same day I called. He fixed the problem I was having (Clogged line), and my pool is back to normal. I plan on hiring him for my closing.

Randy was very responsive at first and came out within a few days to fix a leak in my pool. The patch worked for a few days, however, the pool keeps leaking water. Randy told me he would come back and fix it which he never did. After about a month of going back and forth, he became unresponsive. At this point, I am looking for another vendor. Lessons Learned: 1. The cheapest solution is not always the best 2. Pay with a credit card vs cash or a check 3. Check for references (Facebook, etc) I would pass on this person, I know that he has some awesome reviews, just was not awesome for me.

Randy is polite, professional and efficient. Will hire him again next year!

We were one of his first customers and all of a sudden he calls and says he is going to show up the next day and he never did. This went on for weeks, he would call and say that he is going to show up and never came back. He also has no integrity and keeps ducking all of my phone calls. Completely unprofessional if I were you, I would not even waste your time with this guy.

Rqndy is very conscientious and communicates about arrival time and answers all questions with courtesy-- so great to hace a worker who responds promptly to phone calls!
